Delivery, Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Time: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your destination. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected service.

Shipment Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available for your service).

International Shipping/Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Delivery Issues: If your package is lost or shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in filing an inquiry with the carrier.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gary@innowon.com and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

Return Window: We accept returns for a full refund (minus original shipping costs) within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized/personalized lanyards and ID holders (e.g., with logos, specific text) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team for authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where we sent the wrong or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos/video if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if necessary.
